Variety: 75% Tempranillo and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in our "Finca Los Cerrillos' as artisanal tradition.
Winemaking: Harvest in mid-September with a very prolonged cold maceration to maximum expression of varietal Tempranillo blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by a stay of six months in oak barrels.
Number of bottles produced: 50,000 bottles.
Dishes: Poultry, game, stews and red meats.
Serving temperature: 14 - 16º C.
For immediate consumption: From two months after bottling, even after two years.
Comment: Excellent purple red color, very expressive. Nose where the fruit of more traditional Tempranillo, with positive floral and exotic fragrances added by Cabernet Sauvignon, with toasted hints arising from its six months stay in French and American oak casks. Friendly, fresh and dynamic, elegant structure
